An Amazon paperback order
For payment, delivery, cancellation, damaged parcels or returns, open Your Orders in the Amazon account used to buy the book and choose the relevant order. Amazon handles those purchases. For a question about a scene, age suitability or the book’s contents, email us with its title and page number.
PDF downloads and direct orders
Direct Fablepip downloads are coming later. Direct checkout is not open yet. We are not currently taking payments or sending retail files from this website.
For a future direct-order issue, include the Fablepip order reference, book title and a short description of the problem. If a file will not open, tell us the device and PDF reader you are using. Check your inbox and junk folder for the order email. A download problem does not remove your rights to a remedy; see our cancellation and refund terms.
Feedback, complaints and privacy
Email the same address with “Complaint” or “Privacy request” in the subject so we can route it appropriately. We will investigate and respond by email. If a screenshot helps, remove personal or payment information first. Never send card numbers, passwords, private access links or unnecessary children’s details.
For classroom, venue or party use, ask about permission before printing or distributing copies. A household download licence does not cover group distribution.
