THE DETAILS, MADE CLEAR

For browsing our books and understanding how purchases work.
1. Who we are
Fablepip is a trading name of Dasher Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14222363.
Registered office and correspondence: 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. VAT number: GB423153041.
Email: hello@fablepip.com. This is a correspondence address, not a shop or a returns depot. Please contact us before posting an item.
2. What is available now
Four paperbacks are available through the verified Amazon UK links in our book library. Amazon shows the current price, seller, delivery options and purchase terms. Payment, delivery, cancellations and returns for those orders are handled through Amazon. Your contract is with the seller identified at Amazon checkout, not a direct purchase on this website.
Direct Fablepip checkout is not open yet. Other editions and name previews are in preparation and cannot be ordered here. A preview, enquiry or illustrative price is not an order or a delivery promise. The PDF terms below apply only when a direct downloadable product is offered for sale. Personalised printed books and party products will have their own details before they become available.
3. Using the website and previews
This website is for parents, carers and adult gift buyers. You must be at least 18 to place any future direct order. Age guidance describes the activities, not a guarantee of suitability for every child.
You may browse and share links to our public pages. Covers and watermarked samples are provided to help you choose a book; they are not the complete downloadable product. Do not remove watermarks, resell or redistribute our artwork, or misuse the website. These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by law. Text and artwork were created using AI tools and selected, edited and arranged for Fablepip.
4. Direct PDF orders, when available
The product page and checkout will state the edition, contents, licence, file type and size, compatibility, total price including applicable VAT, and when and how the file is supplied. A PDF is a digital product: no printed book, printer, paper, stationery or postage is included. You will need a compatible PDF reader and, to print, a suitable printer and materials. Results depend on your printer settings.
Orders will be in English and initially available to UK adult consumers. Review the product, email address, billing details and total before paying; correct any errors before submitting. Stripe will process payment. An order acknowledgement alone does not accept an order. A direct contract is formed when we email confirmation accepting the order and confirming the agreed supply details. If we cannot accept an order, any amount taken will be refunded. There is no subscription unless a product expressly says otherwise.
We will supply the PDF within the time stated at checkout. Keep a copy after downloading. A permanent licence to use a file is not a promise of permanent online storage or an unlimited recovery service; the applicable access and recovery period must be shown before you pay. Contact support if a file is missing, inaccessible or does not match the description.
5. Personal-use licence
Unless the product page expressly offers a different licence, a direct PDF purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to keep the file and print copies for personal use within your own household, including replacement copies. You may use those copies with the children in your household.
You may not share the digital file, upload it to a public or shared drive, resell it, or distribute printed copies commercially. Classroom, venue, party distribution and business use need a separate licence. Ask us before buying if you need one. Ownership of intellectual property is not transferred. A refund that ends the purchase also ends this licence, subject to your statutory rights.
6. Cancellation and refunds for direct PDFs
You normally have 14 days from the day after a digital-content contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. If you request supply during that period, we must first obtain your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that you lose the cancellation right once supply begins. We will confirm those choices in your contract confirmation. Accepting these terms alone does not give that consent.
If the required consent and acknowledgement have not been given, your cancellation rights remain. To cancel where that right applies, email hello@fablepip.com with a clear statement and your order reference before the deadline. You may use the optional form below. We will refund you within 14 days of being told of your cancellation, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Faulty-content rights still apply after a download. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose made known and agreed, and as described. Where the law requires it, we will repair or replace faulty content within a reasonable time, without charge or significant inconvenience, or provide an appropriate price reduction, which may be a full refund. Other statutory remedies, including for qualifying damage to your device or other digital content, remain available. We do not operate a blanket “no refunds” policy.
Optional cancellation form
To: Dasher Consulting Ltd trading as Fablepip, 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom; hello@fablepip.com.
I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following digital content: [product and order reference].
Ordered on: [date].
Consumer name: [name].
Consumer address: [address].
Date: [date].
Signature: [only if sent on paper].
Send this only if you wish to cancel and the right to cancel applies. A clear email is also sufficient.
7. Problems, complaints and responsibility
Email hello@fablepip.com with the book or order reference and the problem. We will investigate and reply by email. For Amazon payment, delivery or return issues, use Your Orders on Amazon; we can help with questions about the book itself.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing removes your consumer rights. Products offered under the household licence are for private use, not business use.
English law applies. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain the mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you where you live.
8. Privacy and changes
Our privacy and cookie notice explains how we handle information. We may update these website terms; the date above identifies this version. Changes do not retrospectively replace the terms of an accepted purchase. You can save or print this page using your browser. Direct-order confirmation will include the applicable terms in a form you can keep.
